Our Money Back Guarantee is also a key part of our Customer Service Charter. We are firmly committed to providing measurable service levels to our clients and a personal as well as a highly professional service, and we unconditionally guarantee that if any of the following service criteria are not met in any month, we will make a full refund of that month’s fee:

  • Emails received by 4pm on any normal working day will be answered the same day
  • Letters will be answered within two days of receipt
  • Subject to all the appropriate information having been received from the client, draft Annual Accounts will be submitted for approval within four weeks
  • All new clients will be contacted within two days of signed contracts being received
  • Client/Accountant ratio will be maintained at a constant level to ensure no loss of personal service
  • Should it be necessary for you to leave a telephone message, it will be answered on the same day, or the following day at the latest
